Have a dress photograph, sketch, existing fabric or completely new idea? Share it with us and we can recreate, modify or develop an embellished fabric around your project.
Base fabric, colours, rhinestones, beadwork, embellishment details, yardage and panel measurements can all be customized depending on the design. For larger or more complex projects, sketches, colour and material references, and samples can be confirmed before full production.

We can help you discuss colour, fabric type, yardage, measurements and your event deadline before production begins, so you can make a more informed purchase.

Clear Construction
Rhinestones and crystals are adhesive-applied as standard, while beads, pearls, sequins and other embroidery elements are hand embroidered. Rhinestone and Beaded Fabric can both contain mixed elementsâthe category reflects which embellishment dominates the design. Stitched rhinestones are available on request at additional cost.

Orders are checked for the agreed colour, yardage or measurements, embellishment placement, finishing, condition and packaging before international dispatch.

Our core fabrics and dress panels are produced through our Mumbai workshop, while specialist products are created with makers who focus on their particular craft before returning to Zist Zari for final quality checking and dispatch.

Our Story
A Craft Story That Began in 1987
The story began in Mumbai in 1987, when Mohammad Danish entered the embroidery trade as a teenager and eventually built a small workshop of his own. What began with one artisan grew through decades of embroidery, beaded fabrics and kaftan work for international clients.
Today, the second generation connects that workshop experience directly with customers, designers and seamstresses around the worldâturning dress photographs, sketches, colours and ideas into made-to-order embellished fabrics.
